- Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits
- Monitoring of maintenance. If we notice a problem, we will have it seen to immediately.
- Monitoring of security. Don’t worry about forgetting to lock the door. We will check doors, windows and ensure everything is secure.
- Do you have a gardener? Or a pet-sitter? We can ensure these people are attending to their duties
- Pest control. An empty house soon attracts unwanted visitors.
